The problem

An accredited inspection body verifies the measuring devices built into medical equipment — EKG machines, defibrillators, respirators, infusion pumps and more. Every device must be re-checked on a strict 6, 12, or 24-month cycle. Tracking thousands of devices, their deadlines, results, and certificates by hand was error-prone and couldn't scale.

What we built

A web platform that runs the full verification workflow: a register of every device and its required interval, automated scheduling of the 6/12/24-month re-checks, recording of verification results, and one-click generation of compliance certificates and reports with JasperReports — all backed by an integrated document management system (DMS).

The result

Supports verification across 650+ medical institutions and tens of thousands of devices, with re-check deadlines, results, and certificates all handled in one place.

Verification is a regulated, deadline-driven process: each measuring device has to be re-checked every 6, 12, or 24 months, and every check produces an official certificate. We built a web platform that keeps the entire device register in one place, schedules the recurring checks automatically, captures results, and generates the certificates and reports through JasperReports. An integrated DMS keeps every document organized and retrievable — so nothing slips past a deadline.
